Timor Steffens in het gips na lelijk ongeval

Timor Steffens zit er flink doorheen na zijn ongeluk woensdagmiddag. De danser is geblesseerd geraakt op de filmset van de Nederlandse bioscoopfilm Shake it Off (zie video hierboven) en zit nu in het gips. Op Instagram deelt hij een emotioneel bericht.

Timor schrijft: ''The moment I heard the snap... I thought I got kicked by accident...but then to realize this was the sound of my achilles that snapped. Realizing this made my whole world fall apart.''

De danser ziet met zijn blessure een grote droom in duigen vallen. ''One of my biggest set backs in my career... Saw all the hard work of me training to be a boxer in this movie, the creativity of the dance scene's and the new season of Dance Dance Dance flash in front of me. Knowing that my legs are my foundation when I choreograph or dance...''

Timor is verdrietig, maar geeft niet op. ''I feel upset and angry not being able to continue this journey in my full physical abillity... for now... but I won't give up. This set back will only make me stronger... ❤️#thnxforthesupport,'' sluit hij af.
